Job summary

Active Care Group in Rochdale is seeking a female Children’s Support Worker to help a 12-year-old girl with complex health needs in her family home and in the community. This part-time role supports a consistent, caring team and offers flexible shifts around school and activities.

You will assist with personal care, participate in hydrotherapy and cooking sessions, and occasionally drive the client’s mobility van. A full UK licence (age 25+) is required. Training and support are provided.

She needs a kind, committed support worker to help her live life to the fullest, while staying safe, happy, and engaged.Your Working Hours:Alternate Thursdays: 7:30am–8:45am and 3pm–7pmEvery Friday: 7:30am–8:45am and 3pm–7pmAlternate Saturdays: 11am-4.15pmTotal: Part-time hours with a consistent rolling rotaAdditional hours may be available across other care packages if desired!In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
