Job summary

Together Trust’s Children’s Home in Walkden, Salford, seeks a Children’s Residential Social Care Worker (LD) to support children with learning disabilities and autism. You will work as part of a residential team to meet physical, emotional, and social needs, promoting growth and independence.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safeguarding, and completing person-centred plans with daily admin on IT systems. DBS checks apply, and UK eligibility is required.
