The Together Trust in Gatley, Stockport is seeking a Children’s Residential Care Worker to support children and young people with learning disabilities and/or autism in a residential setting. You will work with the care team to implement person-centred plans and promote independence, daily living, and effective communication.
You will undergo safeguarding checks, Enhanced DBS, and work 37.5 hours on a 7-day rota with weekend enhancements. Training, pension, and wellbeing support are provided.

We are looking for a Children’s Residential Care Worker who can complete the full range of tasks required.
Location Gatley, Stockport
Hours 37.5 hours per week, on a 7-day rota with 2 non-working days each week.
Salary £26,230 annual salary, £13.45ph
Weekends paid at time and a quarter (£16.82ph)
Sleep in rate £107.60per sleep shift (sleep in shifts being 11pm – 7am)
