Job summary

S.N.G Healthcare Group LTD is hiring experienced Children's Residential Support Workers in Mansfield to support children aged 6-18 with EBD and mild learning disabilities. The role requires at least 2 years' experience in a children's home and a Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or progress towards it.

The position is full-time with rota shifts, including alternate weekends, and a salary of £13.25–£13.50 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• A positive, caring, and compassionate approach to delivering high quality care.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A motivated, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
• Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare, or at least 70-80% of the way through completing the qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a children's home environment.
• Experience working within residential childcare, supporting children and young people with complex and challenging needs.
• Full driving licence essential.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care while working closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional team culture.
• Maintain high standards of clinical practice, safeguarding, and compliance.
