You will join a therapeutic children’s home, supporting young people in a 3-bedroom setting, delivering structured care and emotional support within a small team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured care, daily routines, activities, and emotional support.
• Implement care plans and maintain records.
• Perform household tasks and safeguarding duties.
• Promote positive behaviour and resilience.
• Support training and induction processes as provided.
