Additional Resources Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join a residential care provider supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role focuses on nurturing, child-centered support to help young people feel safe, gain independence and achieve positive outcomes.

We require approx 1 year of relevant experience, Level 3 NVQ or Diploma, trauma-informed approaches and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Approx 1 year of experience supporting children and young people.
• Level 3 NVQ or Diploma qualification, or equivalent.
• Ability to use trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches while maintaining boundaries.
• Full and verifiable employment history with satisfactory references.
• Current Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Right to work in the UK.
