You’ll care for our young people daily, ensuring routines are followed, and creating positive experiences. Tasks include preparing them for school, helping with homework, completing paperwork, and planning activities. Evenings and weekends are for fun activities like gaming, sports, movies, or outings, making work engaging and impactful. The role involves understanding each young person’s needs and guiding them towards a positive future.
We celebrate diversity and encourage everyone to bring their whole selves to work. Our workforce reflects the diverse backgrounds of the young people we support. No experience? No problem. We look for attitude, honesty, empathy, resilience, and a valid UK driving license held for at least 12 months. We support your development, including paying for Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if needed.
