Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in a childcare or support setting is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and care planning processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Compassionate nature with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly according to organisational needs, including occasional evenings or weekends if required.

  • Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive environment that encourages confidence and independence.

Shifts - Days (8am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 7am to 7pm) and Nights (7pm to 7am)
