SCR is seeking passionate Childrens Support Workers for flexible hours. You will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support the emotional wellbeing of young people, helping them maximise their choices, rights and decisions.
Requirements include a full UK driving licence; Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People is preferred but not essential; around 6 months in a similar setting; empathetic, non-judgemental and a proactive attitude.
We are looking for passionate Childrens Support Workers who are available to work on a flexible basis.
As a Childrens Support Worker you will work as part of a team to deliver a high standard of care at all times and support the Young Persons emotional wellbeing. You recognise that the role is to help support service users maximise their choices, rights and decisions.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.
