The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker to make a tangible difference in a child’s life through compassionate, trauma-informed care.

This permanent, full-time role in Nottingham offers a salary of approximately £31,918–£32,540 per year, with a typical pattern of 173 hours per month and opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates. A driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Children's Residential Support Worker

Pay rate: £31,917.6 - £32,540.4 per annum (based 8 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £12.60 - £12.90 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.

The Role:

Our homes offer crisis intervention and trauma informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality residential care and take part in recreational activities tailored to the child’s interests e.g. cinema, swimming and sports, etc.
