The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker in Nottingham. This permanent, full-time role supports children in residential care, delivering high-quality care and engaging activities in a 365-day service.

You will work a pattern including sleep-ins and overtime opportunities, with a focus on safeguarding, equal opportunities, and positive outcomes for young people.

Compensation: £31,917.60 - £32,540.40 / year

Pay rate: £31,917.6 - £32,540.4 per annum (based 8 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £12.60 - £12.90 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.

• Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21.

The Role:

Our homes offer crisis intervention and trauma informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality residential care and take part in recreational activities tailored to the child’s interests e.g. cinema, swimming and sports, etc.
