Job summary

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Children’s Home Registered Manager for a Bradford-based service. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safeguarding and compliance with OFSTED standards while supporting children and youth with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

The role requires Deputy or Registered Manager experience, Level 5 leadership and management and Level 3 in children and young people, plus a driving licence. Salary up to £65,000 (DOE).

Qualifications

• Level 5 in leadership and management and Level 3 in children and young people are required or pursued.
• Driving licence is essential.
• Deputy or Registered Manager experience is preferred.
• Strong safeguarding and OFSTED compliance knowledge is required.
