The ideal candidate holds NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or currently undertaking) and NVQ Level 3/4 in Children’s Residential Services, with proven experience in deputy or registered management and a valid UK driving

The Children's Residential Care Manager will be responsible for delivering high standards of care and support to young people in a residential setting. Key Requirements:

• NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or currently undertaking) within Children's Services
• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children's Residential Services, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a Deputy or Registered Manager position within a residential children's home
• Proven experience working with children and young people with EBD in a residential environment
• Full UK driving licence
