A leading company in Staffordshire is seeking a dedicated individual for a management role in a children's home. As we continue to develop and enhance our in-house residential service, we currently have a vacancy at The Alders and at Brunswick Place (Stafford short breaks).
Our working pattern varies and is based on a rota to include five 8-hour shifts per week, including two rest days. Our new increased pay range also recognises the challenging nature of the role. We embrace strength-based approaches and offer a rewarding work-life balance.
