Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support children and young people aged 0-18 with complex needs within a multi‑agency team.

You will perform holistic assessments, develop tailored intervention plans, and advise on equipment, home adaptations, and housing needs to enhance daily living. A hybrid working model applies with a varied caseload and collaboration across services.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with current registration.
• Experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
• Strong assessment and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Undertake holistic assessments for children 0–18 with complex needs.
• Develop tailored intervention plans and recommend equipment and adaptations.
• Collaborate with families, carers, health professionals, housing providers and agencies.
• Contribute to reports, reviews and multi‑disciplinary case conferences.
