Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people in mental health settings.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in multi-agency meetings and risk management groups.
• Involvement in report writing, clinical formulation, supervision and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Carry a complex caseload of young people requiring therapeutic interventions.
• Provide training and clinical supervision/support to the wider team.
• Attend multi-agency meetings and risk management group.
• Support transition work and audits as appropriate, liaising with parents, carers and partners.
• Offer advice, guidance on strategies, and signposting to local services.
• Produce reports and develop clinical formulations; engage in reflective practice.
