Job summary

Sirona care & health CIC in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire is hiring Lifetime Support Workers (Band 3) for adults and children’s community services. The role supports children with life-limiting conditions in their homes and schools, with full NHS benefits and flexible hours.

We offer full and part-time hours, nights and some days, with induction and training, and opportunities across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

Qualifications

• Numeracy/Literacy level 1 or equivalent.
• Full Driving Licence and Access to a vehicle.
• NVQ/QCF (or equivalent) in Health and/or Social care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to children with complex health needs in the home.
• Work with Community Children’s Nurses to deliver holistic care.
• Support families to rest and maintain health.
