Job summary

Sirona care & health is seeking Lifespan Lifetime Support Workers to provide in-home care for children with complex health needs, working alongside Community Nurses and overnight with families.

Qualifications

• Numeracy/Literacy level 1 or equivalent.
• Full Driving Licence and Access to a vehicle.
• NVQ/QCF (or equivalent) in Health and/or Social care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to children with complex, life-limiting health care needs that rely on technology, within the family home, including overnight care.
• Support registered nurses in delivering care in the community and ensure safe, holistic care within your scope of practice.
