Job summary

Witherslack Group is recruiting a Deputy Manager for Children’s Homes. The role focuses on leading staff, maintaining a secure and nurturing home, and supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in residential childcare, supervisory experience, and hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England). A Level 5 Diploma is desirable, and a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications
