The Witherslack Group is seeking a Registered Manager for a 7-bed children's home in the UK. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure safeguarding and Ofsted compliance, and create a secure, motivating environment for young people and staff.

You will drive referrals, build a strong leadership team, and work with clinical colleagues to deliver holistic care. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home
• A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference
• A full UK driving licence which you've held for at least 12 months

Responsabilités
