Location: Leeds
Salary: £29,165.50
Shift Patterns: 48-hour shifts with occasional 24-hour shifts (rota confirmed 6 months in advance)
Sleep Ins: Yes / Essential; 8 to 10 per month
On-Call Duties: Yes
Working Hours: 165 per month
Driver Required: Yes / Essential
Qualifications Required: Enrolled on or completed Level 3 or equivalent in Residential Childcare
Experience Required: Yes, within Children’s Residential Childcare or similar settings such as Youth Work

You will provide one-to-one therapeutic care for children aged 6-17 with trauma backgrounds, acting as a role model. You will ensure children experience a fulfilling childhood filled with fun, laughter, and discovery. Responsibilities include participating in daily home operations, documentation, supporting social and educational activities, and working within a supportive team to meet children's needs.
