OakGar Recruitment is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee a brand-new children’s service in Bradford, West Yorkshire, for young people with EBD. This role offers significant career progression and the chance to lead a committed team in a person-centred approach.

You will ensure compliance with The Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted, manage budgets and staff, and build partnerships with families and agencies to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience managing registered or supported living services with appraisals, coaching and budgets.
• Proven ability to drive quality assurance and service improvement.
• Solid knowledge of Ofsted regulations and current regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the registered provision and ensure delivery of high-quality residential care for young people and families.
• Ensure compliance with Children Act 2004, Care Act 2014 and Children’s Homes Regulations and Standards 2015.
