Qualifications

• Experience managing registered or supported living services, including appraisals, coaching and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and people management skills with knowledge of Ofsted regulations.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or a commitment to work towards one.
• Commitment to safeguarding and delivering high-quality care for children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to deliver person-centred care for children.
• Ensure services comply with Children Act 2004, Care Act 2014 and relevant regulations.
• Oversee risk assessments, records, GDPR and data compliance.
• Monitor and improve service quality, safety and regulatory compliance (Ofsted).
• Manage budgets, rotas and staffing costs to meet the needs of young people and families.
