Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is partnering with a leading child care organisation in Nottingham to appoint a brand-new Children’s Home Registered Manager. This is a permanent, full-time role based on days in the Nottingham area.

You will lead the operational and regulatory management of the home, build and guide high-performing staff teams, and ensure CIW and OFSTED compliance while driving safeguarding and outcomes for children and young people.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 5 Leadership & Management or equivalent.
• Experience managing Children's Residential provision.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a Children's Home Registered Manager to manage a brand new children's home based in the Nottingham area. You will be working for a leading company which specialises in child care

This is one of UK's leading child care organisations; it provides safe, stable, and therapeutic environments for children with complex needs

As the Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Lead the full operational and regulatory management of a Children's Home
• Build, support and develop high-performing staff teams
• Ensure the home meets and exceeds CIW & OFSTED requirements
• Drive quality improvement, safeguarding excellence and positive outcomes
• Collaborate with local authorities, professionals and partner agencies
• Secure and maintain occupancy, stability and compliance

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience managing Children's Residential provision
• Strong understanding of legislation, safeguarding and therapeutic practice
• Ability to lead through challenge and change
• Commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people

To be considered for this position you must hold a Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent
