Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. in Sudbury is seeking a Children’s Home Manager to lead a brand new 4-bed provision. The role is permanent and full-time, with a salary up to £60,000 per annum and Monday to Friday hours.

You will oversee governance, Ofsted readiness, and daily care for young people, building a stable, nurturing environment while delivering personalised arrangements for service users.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a children's home.
• Experience ensuring Ofsted readiness and compliance.
• Ability to manage staff and maintain safe, supportive environments for young people.
