Purosearch Ltd. is seeking an experienced Children’s Home Manager for a 2-bed EBD home in Sheerness. The role requires leadership and a passion for improving outcomes for young people.

The successful candidate will have Level 5 Leadership and Management in Children and Young People (or enrolled) and proven residential care experience. The position offers a competitive salary and a supportive benefits package.
