Job summary

Purosearch Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Children’s Home Manager to oversee a multi-building setting (2-4 children) within an EBD/LD home with therapeutic structures. The role requires proven leadership in managing a children’s home and the ability to work under pressure, driving positive outcomes for young people.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with overtime and a competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People qualification.
• Experience of managing a children’s home.
• Ability to handle pressure.
• Genuine zeal for making a difference.
