Job summary

Purosearch Ltd is seeking a Children’s Home Manager in Banstead for a brand new 4-bed EBD setting. The role offers a competitive salary up to £65,000 per year plus bonuses and a strong focus on staff development and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will hold Level 5 Leadership and Management in Children and Young People (or be enrolled) and have experience of managing a children’s home or at least 2 years in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have Level 5 Leadership and Management qualifications for Children and Young People (or enrolled).
• Experience of managing a Children’s Home or minimum 2 years in a children’s residential home.
