Purosearch Ltd in Slough is seeking a Children’s Home Manager to lead a brand new 3-bed EBD home. You will drive excellence in care, ensure compliance, and manage staff and operations to deliver safe, nurturing environments for young people.

The ideal candidate brings Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People (or enrolled) and experience managing a children\'s home or at least 2 years in a residential setting. You’ll thrive under pressure and be passionate about making a difference.
