Job summary

Purosearch Ltd in Bridgwater is seeking a Children's Home Manager to lead a 4-bed EBD home for 3 children. The role is permanent and full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum plus Ofsted bonuses.

The successful applicant will hold Level 3 in Children and Young People, have experience managing a children’s home, handle pressure, and drive positive outcomes for young people.

• Level 3 in Children and Young People is required or equivalent.
• Experience of managing a children’s home.
• Ability to handle pressure with composure and resilience.
