Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a Children\'s Home Manager for a new 2 bed EBD home in Maidstone. The role is permanent and full-time with a salary of up to £60,000 per annum plus bonuses.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with overtime available, and offers a pension, professional training and development, and opportunities for career progression. The successful candidate will lead the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance, and will be responsible for staffing,

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health and Social care qualification required.
• Experience working with children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs.
• Ability to handle pressure with ease.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Minimum of 3 years experience within children's residential settings.
