The Children’s Home Manager position in Canterbury is offering a new 3-bed EBD home with up to £65,000 salary plus bonuses. The role provides complete flexibility on hours and working-from-home options, with a clear path to progression to RI in an ambitious independent provider.

You will lead care teams to maintain high standards, drive safe and nurturing environments for young people, and deliver continuous development programmes.
