Children's Home Registered Manager

Location: Preston

Salary: Up to £65,000

Overview

We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee a children's residential care home specializing in support for children and young people with EBD. The home is a 4-bed facility rated GOOD by Ofsted, located in Preston.

Responsibilities

• Manage the safe operation and staff team of the children's residential care home.
• Ensure all young people have bespoke care plans and are supported 24/7.
• Hold OFSTED registration for the children's home.
• Develop and build the staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers.
• Ensure compliance with OFSTED standards and company policies.
• Manage recruitment, staffing, and quality assurance processes.

Employment Details

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5, plus on-call duties.
• Contract: Full-time, permanent.

Compensation

Package up to £65,500, including:

• Base salary up to £50,000
• Bonuses totaling £14,500
• Up to £5,000 OFSTED rating bonus
