Job summary

Purosearch Ltd in Exmouth is seeking a Children's Home Manager to lead a new 5-bed EBD home. The role is permanent and full-time with a 40-hour week and overtime available.

You will drive safeguarding, care planning and staff supervision, with a Level 5 Leadership Management in Children and Young People required. Salary is up to £60,000 per annum and a pension scheme is provided. Monday to Friday work pattern.

• Experience of managing a children’s home.
• Level 5 Leadership Management in Children and Young People.
• Ability to handle pressure with ease.
