Job summary

Purosearch Ltd in Felixstowe is seeking a Children’s Home Manager to lead a brand new SEMH provision. The role is permanent, full-time, with a salary up to £60,000 per annum plus bonuses.

You will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with overtime available. The package includes a pension scheme and Ofsted Bonus. This is an exciting opportunity to shape care for vulnerable young people in a growing independent provider.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Leadership Management in Children and Young People is required.
• Experience of Managing a Children Home is essential.
• Ability to handle pressure with ease.
• Demonstrates unwavering determination and a genuine zeal for making a difference.
