Job summary

Purosearch Ltd in Watford is seeking a Children’s Home Manager for a brand new 3-bed EBD home. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary up to £60,000 per annum plus bonuses, a Monday to Friday schedule, and a 40-hour week with overtime available. A pension scheme is included.

Successful applicants will hold Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People and have experience managing a children's home, with the ability to handle pressure and a genuine drive to make a difference.
