Qualifications

• Previous complex care experience is required.
• Beneficial to have worked with children with challenging behaviours or learning disabilities.
• Previous ventilator management, tracheostomy and PEG management is preferred, training can be provided for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, mobility, and communication support to the client.
• Support medication management and monitor mental wellbeing, addressing concerns with empathy.
