Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group is seeking a Children\'s Complex Care Assistant to support a young client with cerebral palsy and a ventilator, providing personal care, mobility help and compassionate communication.

You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in complex care, with opportunities for progression and a supportive team within the UK\'s largest care provider.

Qualifications

• Previous Complex care experience is required.
• Experience with children with challenging behaviours or learning disabilities is beneficial.
• Ventilator management, Tracheostomy and PEG management preferred; training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and mobility support for a child with complex needs.
• Assist with communication and engagement in activities.
• Support with ventilator, PEG feeding, and related medical needs under supervision.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes to care team.
