The role involves personal care, mobility support, and assisting the client with communication, daily activities, and emotional wellbeing. Experience in complex care is required, with bonus if you have worked with children with learning disabilities or challenging

Qualifikationen

• Previous Complex care experience is required.
• Beneficial to have worked with children with challenging behaviours or learning disabilities.
• Previous Ventilator management, Tracheostomy and PEG management is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Join City and County Healthcare Group as a Children's Complex Care Assistant with full training and clinical support to develop skills in complex care areas.
• Provide care for a client with Cerebral Palsy and a genetic disorder including personal care, mobility and communication, using a Ventilator via a Tracheostomy and PEG feeding.
• Support medication management and mental wellbeing, and respond to challenging behaviours with empathy.
