Advantage Healthcare is seeking a Children’s Complex Care Assistant to provide in-home care with ventilation and tracheostomy support. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills for complex areas and support a client with Autism in their own home.

The role involves direct care, managing medical tasks, and engaging the client in age-appropriate activities; prior experience in childcare with ventilation and tracheostomy care is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in childcare with ventilation and tracheostomy care is required.
• Medication experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in clients' homes, including tracheotomy and ventilation support.
• Support the client with Autism in their own home and contribute to their daily routines.
