Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Residential Care Worker to provide supportive, child-centered care for young people in our The Beeches service. You will be a positive role model, facilitating a safe home environment and helping young people feel valued and supported.

Qualifications

• No prior residential childcare required; we welcome passionate newcomers.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or working towards it is expected.

About the Role

As a Residential Care Worker, you will be a positive role model and source of support for young people in our care. Every day is different, and you'll have the chance to make a genuine impact by helping children and young people feel safe, valued, and supported.

You will:

• Create a warm, welcoming, and supportive home environment
• Build trusting and positive relationships with young people
• Support young people with daily activities, routines, and goals

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in residential childcare is great, but you don't need it to be successful in this role. We're looking for people who are:

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or want to work towards)

What We Offer

Hours: 40 hours per week (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)

Pay: £13.22 per hour + £70.50 per sleep-in
