Job summary

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Children’s Residential Care Worker to join our team in the UK. This full-time role covers 40 hours per week, including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts, with a salary of £32,240 per year plus up to £8,460 for sleep-ins depending on the number completed.

About the Role

As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
