Job summary

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our Benecare team in Sittingbourne. This part-time role (30 hours) supports children and young people in daily living, helping them build confidence, independence and life skills.

You will work shifts including sleep-ins and weekends; Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Care or willingness to work towards is preferred, plus a full UK driving licence is nice to have.

Job description

Hours: Part-Time, 30 hours(including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)

Salary: Salary of £20,623.20 plus to an additional £4230 per year for sleep-ins (dependent on the number of sleep-ins completed).
