Job summary

Silver Birch Care Holdings operates a network of children's homes and services across the UK, including The Beeches. They are recruiting Residential Care Workers to support young people in a safe, nurturing home environment where growth and positive outcomes are the focus.

The role involves assisting with daily routines, care plans, and safeguarding while building trusting relationships and promoting independence and emotional wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people (preferred).
• A genuine passion for supporting and caring for young people.
• Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards).
• A positive, resilient, and team-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).

Children’s Residential Care Worker
Hours: 40 hours per week (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)
Pay: £13.22 per hour + £70.50 per sleep-in

About the Role

As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing

What We’re Looking For
