Job summary

Silver Birch Care is recruiting a Children’s Residential Care Worker to join The Beeches in Peterborough. You will support young people in daily life, helping them build confidence and independence in a caring, safe home environment.

Role involves 40 hours per week including sleep-ins and weekends; pay is £13.22 per hour plus £70.50 per sleep-in, with development opportunities and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people (preferred)
• A genuine passion for supporting and caring for young people
• Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
• A positive, resilient, and team-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
