Job summary

SENAD Group is seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker for Rowden House School in Herefordshire. The role involves a 3-week rolling rota with evening and weekend shifts, including two double shifts every three weeks.

You will deliver person-centred care and assist young people aged 11 to 19 with complex needs, joining a team that values training, travel support, and progression opportunities. A driving licence and a positive, calm manner are essential.
