An exciting opportunity has arisen in our children’s homes for Residential Support Workers! We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual eager to make a positive difference in children and young people's lives.

We offer both full-time and bank contracts with a basic salary of £11.59 to £12.23 per hour, plus sleep-in payments (£30.00 per sleep-in based on 8-10 sleep-ins per month). You will also receive paid annual leave.

You will be assigned a monthly rota. This role involves long hours and sleep-ins, which are essential. The shifts vary depending on the home location.

Requirements include being at least 21 years old (due to Ofsted regulations) and having a driving license, as the locations of the homes are dispersed. No prior experience is necessary.
