G2 Legal Limited is assisting a highly respected regional firm in Peterborough to recruit a Children Law Solicitor or Legal Executive. The role involves managing private children matters, including domestic abuse, and providing advocacy in and out of court.

You’ll join a supportive team known for strong collaboration and excellent outcomes for clients. The successful candidate will have solid Children Law experience, a good understanding of Legal Aid, and the confidence to handle cases

Qualifications

• Experience in a Children Law department with an understanding of Legal Aid.
• Ability to manage cases independently and demonstrate proactive planning.

Responsabilités

• Manage your own caseload of private children matters, including cases involving domestic abuse.
• Undertake advocacy in and out of court and support a collaborative team environment.
• Build strong professional relationships across the local network and with colleagues.
