Job summary

Reflect Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Children Law Solicitor or Legal Executive in Lincoln to manage a varied private children caseload. You will advise, represent, and advocate in private children matters, including domestic abuse, with court advocacy when required.

Qualifications

• Advocacy experience in private children law and domestic abuse matters.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and diary management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advising and representing clients in Private Children Law and domestic abuse matters.
• Conducting advocacy both in and out of court.
• Managing caseload using Proclaim Case Management System (training provided).
• Supporting colleagues within the Children Department as needed.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships through networking and business development.
