Job summary

Nudge Education, a UK-based charity, is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. You will run tailored intervention sessions, build trust, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns, while collaborating with families and regional teams.

Flexible opportunities based on location and student match, with lead roles offering £16-£25 per hour plus agreed expenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Experience working with PDA.

Job description

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions

• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams

You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
